(+41) 76 414 22 51

With 10 years of experience in data analysis and digital operations, I bring a rare combination of technical depth and business acumen. Trained in procurement and supply chain management across EMEA, I have built tools, automated workflows, and translated complex data into decisions that matter. Today, I channel this expertise toward digital transformation and AI — helping organizations move faster, smarter, and with greater clarity. I work at the intersection of people and technology, where the real change happens.

Work Experience

2021 - Present

Freelance Data & AI Specialist

OUTLIER, San Francisco (CA) — Remote

Working at the frontier of AI development, I contribute to the training and evaluation of large language models for one of the world's leading AI research platforms.

Over 900 hours across 4.5 years, I have evaluated and annotated complex tasks spanning code, mathematical reasoning, text, and audio — working bilingually in French and English, including Swiss French. This work requires both technical precision and strong linguistic sensitivity, as the quality of model outputs depends directly on the quality of human feedback.

Early in my engagement, I contributed to safety alignment projects — training models to handle sensitive content responsibly, from mental health topics to legal and medical boundaries. This experience gave me a rare inside view of how AI systems are shaped to behave safely and ethically at scale.

Highlight: Maintained a quality score of 4.5/5 over 900+ hours of missions across LLM and multimodal TTS models.

April 2021 - June 2021

Procurement & Supply Officer

DAPA TECHNOLOGY, Burgundy (France)

DAPA Technology is a French industrial SME operating across telecommunications, defense, and railway sectors.

Joining a lean team in a challenging context — the company was under court-supervised restructuring — I took sole responsibility for both direct and indirect procurement from day one. Managing a combined portfolio of €2M (€1.5M direct, €500K indirect), I sourced raw materials, fasteners, and production supplies for factory teams including welders and assembly workers.

Beyond day-to-day purchasing, I coordinated with engineering and production teams to ensure on-time delivery across multiple high-stakes projects. One situation stands out.

Highlight: When a critical antenna was held at French customs on a Friday afternoon due to an incoterm discrepancy on the supplier's side — a rare dual-shipment error by a UK vendor — I immediately investigated, mobilized my network at the end client, and resolved the situation the following week. The antenna was delivered and installed on a French Navy vessel (end client: a major French defense and industrial group).

2018 - 2020

EMEA Logistics Assistant

GROUPE SEB, Burgundy (France)

Groupe SEB is a world-leading manufacturer of small domestic appliances, operating across 150+ countries. I joined their EMEA Demand & Planning team as part of a work-study program, contributing to supply chain operations across 15 countries and 20 markets.

From day one, I was responsible for the daily reporting of EMEA supply flows — covering 10,000+ SKUs and distributed to approximately 30 Demand & Planning colleagues across the continent. Managing a master data repository of this scale required both analytical rigor and meticulous attention to detail.

Beyond reporting, I identified a recurring operational gap: the absence of a structured tool to monitor and analyze out-of-stock situations (OOS) across the EMEA perimeter. I designed and built this tool from scratch — combining Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, SQL, and SAP — and produced the KPIs used by EMEA top management in S&OP reviews. The impact was measurable: a reduction of approximately 15% in stock-out occurrences, representing an estimated saving of ~€150K per market per month.

As my contract concluded, I onboarded and trained an external contractor over one month, ensuring full continuity of the tools and processes I had developed.

Highlight: Designed and deployed an OOS analysis tool from scratch — adopted by EMEA top management for S&OP reviews, generating ~€150K in savings per market per month.

2017 (3 months)

Fixed Income Operations Assistant (Internship)

Crédit Agricole Titres, Mer (France)

Crédit Agricole Titres is a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Group, one of Europe's largest banking institutions, specializing in securities services and financial operations.

During my first year of a Master's degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, I joined the Fixed Income & Securities Operations team, focusing on the processing of bond and securities operations — reimbursements, coupons, and share-related operations. Working with ISIN codes and a dedicated securities management system, I processed approximately 30 files per day, covering amounts ranging from a few hundred euros to several hundred million euros per file.

This experience gave me a direct and concrete understanding of the operational backbone of financial institutions — the precision, the volume, and the stakes involved in securities processing at scale.

Highlight: Processed ~30 corporate action files daily, with individual transaction values reaching several hundred million euros.

2008 - 2012

E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager

Le Jardin du Vivier, Burgundy (France)

Le Jardin du Vivier was a small family-owned production and transformation business specializing in artisanal products made from red fruits and seasonal harvests — strawberries, raspberries, black cherries, figs, William pears with Bourbon vanilla, and more. Products were sold directly to consumers at local markets (B2C) and to gastronomic restaurants, including Michelin Guide-referenced establishments in Burgundy (B2B).

At the dawn of e-commerce in France, I built the company's online store entirely from scratch — using WordPress, HTML, and PHP — and integrated PayPal as a payment solution at a time when online payments were far from standard practice. Managing a catalogue of 200+ references spanning jams, jellies, syrups, vinegars and condiments, I handled everything from product data entry and label printing to SEO and Google AdWords campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.

This experience was as much personal as professional. My father, himself a developer, guided me through the technical foundations — PHP, WordPress architecture, plugin management — passing on his knowledge with patience and generosity. It was my first real encounter with data, digital tools, and the discipline of building something that works.

Highlight: Built a fully functional e-commerce store with online payment integration at a time when less than 15% of French SMEs had an online presence — managing 200+ product references and two distinct commercial channels (B2C and B2B).

Education

2016 - 2019

Double Master's in Procurement, Supply Chain & International Trade

EXCELIA Group (La Rochelle Business School, France), University of Poitiers, France & School of Management Sciences, Université du Québec à Montréal (ESG UQAM) - Montréal, Canada

EXCELIA Group (La Rochelle Business School) is a Grande École, member of the Conférence des Grandes Écoles, accredited by the French Ministry of Education and ISO 9001 certified. The double degree was awarded jointly with the University of Poitiers and the School of Management Sciences, Université du Québec à Montréal (ESG UQAM) — a tri-institutional partnership reflecting the international dimension of the program.

This two-year program — delivered entirely in English and completed over three years including a gap year — gave me a comprehensive foundation in procurement strategy, supply chain management, international trade, and financial performance. Coursework included supply chain tools and methods, production management, fiscal and customs strategy, cost and budgeting management, and advanced business analysis with Excel. The program also covered responsible purchasing, CSR, and digital entrepreneurship.

My graduating thesis focused on the optimization of cash flow and EBITDA through inventory management and debt management strategy — a theme I would later apply directly at Groupe SEB, where I built analytical tools to monitor and reduce stock-out occurrences across 15 EMEA countries.

The work-study component — 251 days in company — was completed at Groupe SEB. In parallel, during the final year of the program, I obtained a professional certification (RNCP Level 1) recognized as equivalent to the Swiss Federal Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management — completing both simultaneously while managing weekly 700km commutes between La Rochelle and Selongey.

Highlight: Graduated with Honours (Mention Bien). Thesis on cash and EBITDA optimization through inventory management — directly applied at Groupe SEB EMEA. Swiss Federal Diploma equivalence obtained in parallel.

2011 - 2015

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSc.)

Sorbonne Université - Paris, France

It started with a physics textbook from the Schaum series and a deep fascination for how things work. That curiosity led me first to the University of Burgundy, where I studied Physics, before moving to Paris to pursue Mechanical Engineering at Sorbonne - Université Pierre and Marie Curie. The program culminated in a six-month exchange at EPFL Lausanne, where I contributed to an ambitious multi-disciplinary engineering project that was later featured in the EPFL journal. This analytical foundation quietly underpins everything I have built since.
